Pina Colada Probiotic Smoothie

A quick, simple breakfast or snack option to boost your gut health. Make the night before for a quick grab and go breakfast or post workout snack.



  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup kefir milk or yoghurt
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia seeds or almond meal


Method (Serves 1)

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
