This high performance package is targeted towards adolescent athletes including swimmers, runners and those playing team sports aged 10 to 18. It is difficult on a young athlete and their family to meet the demands of training and recovery whilst combining the pressure of academic performance and simply growing up. Nutritional strategies can assist in managing these whilst ensuring the young person continues to enjoy their sport.

Working with the athlete’s parents and coach, we approach these sessions as an educational program to improve awareness of nutrition training requirements for general wellbeing and sport performance.

This package is designed with the triathlete, ironman and ultra-marathon runner in mind.

You may continuously train hard, however, to maximise your performance you need to prioritise optimal nutrition and hydration. The Endurance Warrior Package takes you through everything from training, race preparation and all the way to race day.
