Very Berry Breakfast Bake


  • Loaf of sourdough bread
  • 400g frozn mixed berries
  • 10 large eggs, whisked
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. greek yogurt



  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg. Spray a large 25x15cm oven dish with olive oil spray
  2. Cut bread into large cubes, Pack tightly in oven dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix through berries. Pour over bread in dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 30min
  5. Bake for 45-50min, or until bubbly and golden brown
